Technical Principle

Die-cast parts are produced through a high-pressure casting process. Metals such as copper, zinc, aluminum, or aluminum alloys are heated until molten and then poured into the feeding port of a die-casting machine equipped with a casting mold. Under high pressure, the molten metal is forced into the mold cavity to form parts with shapes and dimensions defined by the mold. Such parts are commonly referred to as die-cast components.
Technical Features

1. Provides Reliable Electrical Connections
Terminals link various electrical devices by transmitting signals or current to where they’re needed. They allow straightforward, flexible wiring, with wires securely fastened at terminal points to ensure stable circuit continuity.

2. Prevents Wiring Errors
By utilizing direct insertion or socket-type connections, terminals help minimize mistakes, effectively safeguarding the safety and reliability of electrical systems.

3. Facilitates Installation and Maintenance
Terminals can be detached, making them more convenient for installation and maintenance than permanently soldered or fixed wiring.

4. Neat and Durable
Wiring with terminals is clean, durable, and visually appealing. Labels can also be added for easier upkeep and management.
